I approached Jackie for some minor renovations (flat painting and vinyl floor replacement) and even though it wasn’t a full-fledged renovation, Jackie and Zax handled the project with tremendous professionalism and diligence. We encountered some hiccups along the way but the team worked really hard and fast in to get things completed in order to minimise my couch surfing. They didn’t cut important things that are foundational as opposed to visible just to placate me with a lower cost. They understand design briefs and parameters and I was able to get great results by focusing on the big picture and giving them the flexibility to creativity execute that vision. They were responsibly communicative and I really appreciated is having updated Gantt chart timelines to refer to.
