“We had a wonderful experience working with Victor for our BTO! He was great at listening to what we wanted from the house, both functionality and design, and we felt that he 'got' what we wanted almost immediately. Victor made many helpful suggestions and recommendations during the design process for how to achieve the effect we wanted, plus even went with us to choose lights and gave us advice on paint colours and laminates, He also went above and beyond to help us liase with third party suppliers (eg for our curtains/blinds). Victor was super responsive throughout and and just generally was around to answer any question we had at any point of time!

The quality of workmanship was very high. Our carpentry is pristine, lights/electrical works were done very well, and tiling/vinyl were also perfect. Any minor issues (eg paint) were touched-up quickly within a month after we moved in. Price was reasonable. We are very pleased with how our house turned out and would 100% engage Victor again if we needed to do further renovation!”
